Job Summary

  • Lead and manage the housekeeping team to ensure efficient operations.
  • Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction are maintained.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Train and mentor housekeeping staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of housekeeping equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Utilize skills in Housekeeping Housekeeping Manager and Kat Hizmetleri Müdürü to enhance service quality.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Administration of Tourism and Hotel or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 5 years of experience in an Executive Housekeeper position.
  • Proficiency in English (Good).
  • Experience in the Tourism / Hospitality sector is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work on-site.
