Job Summary
Job Title: Regional Manager Delhi Organization: STEM Learning
Type of Business: B2B Sales (CSR & Corporate Fundraising)
Experience Required: 7-10 years in B2B sales corporate fundraising or CSR partnerships (development sector preferred).
Salary: As per industry standards

Qualifications:
Graduate PGDM/MBA in Sales/Business Management (or Masters in Social Work with CSR/fundraising experience).
Exceptional communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Revenue Generation & Business Growth: Drive monthly/quarterly revenue targets through corporate fundraising and institutional sales. Develop scalable revenue
strategies for the entire North region.
2. High-End Corporate Client & Stakeholder Management: Handle key corporate
clients pitch proposals and close high-value partnerships. Build relationships with CSR heads and government bodies.
3. Team Leadership & Development: Lead and motivate regional sales team. Conduct team-building activities to enhance productivity.
4. Strategic Sales & Conversion Optimization: Design end-to-end sales strategies. Analyse market trends to improve conversions.
5. Donor Acquisition & Retention: Identify and onboard new corporate donors. Maintain donor databases for consistent engagement.
6. Government & Institutional Liaoning: Represent organization in meetings with government officials and PSUs.
7. Travel & Field Operations: Willingness to travel across north region for client meetings.
8. Has to manage CM & BD team size of more than 20-25 people.
Selection Criteria (Must-Have):
7-10 years in B2B sales/corporate fundraising
Proven revenue target achievement
Strong stakeholder management skills
Sales strategy and team mentoring experience
CRM proficiency
Preferred Skills:
Development sector/CSR fundraising experience
Government tender/institutional
