Job Summary
You will support Protection and Security Team with these following duties:
- Monitor and manage surveillance equipment and database including:
- Access control systems: ID card management access control data report
- Space management systems: tool management space & seat management
- Security camera system
- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Involve in internal/external audits and support to fulfill findings/ reports
- Support team activities/events
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications :
- Undergraduate student able to join full-time
- Proficiency with MS. Excel (familiar with working with large data and using formulas in excel) other tools will be trained during work
- Detail oriented multi-tasking organized and taking ownership/responsibility of tasks
- Ability to work independently
- Good at written English basic English communication.
