Job Summary
We are seeking a TA Intern (Staffing Partner) to join our fast-paced this role you will dive deep into staffing activities from sourcing potential candidates to supporting interviews and managing recruitment data.
This is a great opportunity for students or fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in Talent Acquisition and gaining real-world experience in attracting top talent within a professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Supports the implementation of on-boarding and off-boarding processes.
- Support team in all activities of recruitment process via partners channel such as raise jobs requirement contact partners and related stakeholders to schedule interviews data entry.
- Review get the signature of NDA MSA and support team in handling paperwork.
- Assist to explore new vendors contractors and maintain the relationship with them.
- Others will be assigned from Leaders.
Qualifications :
- For 3rd/4th year students or fresh graduates in Human Resources Economics Business Administration or related major.
- Interest in HR especially Recruitment.
- At least 3 months of commitment for the internship period.
- Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Full skill practices and applications of Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint...
- Customer-oriented friendly patient proactive organized and highly responsible.
