Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Business Partner Intern to join our HR Business Partner team. This role offers hands-on exposure to HRBP activities supporting people-related initiatives and daily HR operations.
This is a great opportunity for students or fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in HR Business Partner and gaining real-world experience in a professional environment.
Responsibilities:
Support HRBPs in daily operations.
Assist in employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding probation tracking
Help prepare HR reports presentations and data analysis as needed.
Support internal communications HR programs and employee engagement activities.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders on HR-related requests.
Assist with ad-hoc HR projects as assigned.
Qualifications :
Bachelor graduated or 3rd to last year university student
Open flexibility and adaptability
Be able to communicate in English
Proficient in G Suite (Sheets Slides Docs) and Canva tool
At least 3 months of commitment for the internship period
