As a Senior Oracle Fusion Functional Specialist youll ensure the stability accuracy and strategic alignment of Oracle Fusion ERP HCM and EPM platforms. Youll support major transformation programs drive capability uplift and contribute to seamless go-live readiness across the business. This role is key to enabling timely financial processing maintaining data integrity and reducing reliance on external vendors.

What Youll Do

• Lead functional design and configuration of Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions across ERP HCM and EPM
• Support platform uplifts and go-live readiness for strategic programs like Digital Insurer and People Home
• Deliver second-level support and proactive issue resolution to ensure operational continuity
• Drive training documentation and succession planning to uplift internal capability
• Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to deliver integrations enhancements and upgrades
• Manage Oracle licensing and costing administration ensuring compliance and cost efficiency

What Youll Bring

• 5 years in Oracle Fusion functional implementation with deep ERP and EPM expertise
• Experience in Oracle Cloud system administration user/role management and costing/licensing
• Strong background in business analysis or technical analysis with Agile delivery experience
• Advanced stakeholder engagement and communication skills across Finance HR and IT
• Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) REST/SOAP APIs and secure development practices
• Proven ability to lead training documentation and cross-functional collaboration initiatives
