JOB SUMMARY:

• Location: Bangalore/Chennai
• Role Description:

7 years of strong functional experience

Roles & Responsibilities

7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Corporate Banking/ Capital Markets / Investment Banking domain demonstrating deep industry knowledge and expertise.

Proficient in data quality processes including data cleansing blending validation and transformation to ensure high-quality datasets for analysis.

Review data quality issues (completeness validity consistency etc) and drive data remediations exercise.

Collaborate and support business and IT teams in fixing data issues.

Implement preventive controls to reduce future errors.

Document data lineage rule logic and remediation steps for audit purposes.

Proficient in performing gap analysis assessing pros and cons and coming up with the problem statement.

Ability to proactively suggest process and system improvements that create sustainable business value enhancing operational efficiency.

Prior experience in managing projects using Agile methodologies with proficiency in tools like Jira and Azure DevOps for effective project tracking and management.

Exceptional communication skills paired with strong stakeholder management capabilities adept at engaging with a wide range of senior stakeholders.
