Responsibilities:

• Assume responsibility for a specific section of the kitchen ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest standards
• Supervise and motivate junior kitchen staff providing guidance and support as needed
• Assist in menu development recipe creation and food costing
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
• Monitor inventory levels order supplies and minimize wastage
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth service and exceed guest expectations

Requirements:

• Chef de Partie - Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up
• Commis Chef - Proven experience as a Commis Chef or strong experience as a Chef de Partie ready to step up
• Culinary qualification from a recognized culinary institution preferred
• Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
• Creative flair and a passion for culinary innovation
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
• Flexibility to work shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
