Our Talent Acquisition Specialist will be a full-cycle recruiter who understands how to source quickly and creatively while always keeping thecandidateexperience top of mind. This person will alsobe responsible forowning stakeholder relationships and strategically partnering with the business to drive hiring needs.

WhatYoullBe Doing:

  • Execute full-cycle recruitingidentifying sourcingand engaging candidates through creative and innovative tactics
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needsin order toidentifythe right talent; consulting on job specifications hiring plans and scorecards
  • Effectively pre-screen/interview candidates todetermineskills and fit in relation to role requirements while serving as the primary point of contact throughout the full recruitment process
  • Actively source passive candidates using tools such as LinkedIn
  • Implement and enforce consistency with recruiting policies and procedures
  • Establish effective communication with stakeholdersregardingrecruiting efforts by providing status updates through meetings email updates and reports

WhatYoullNeed

  • 3 years of corporate recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting
  • Successfultrack recordof directly sourcing passive candidates
  • Experience successfully partnering with key stakeholders/hiring managersin order todrive effective recruitment
  • Recent college recruiting experience is highly preferred
  • Bachelors degree in HR business or a related fieldrequired
  • Strong attention to detail experience using and maintaining ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred)
  • Aptitude for exceptional candidate generationand client management
  • Self-motivated witha strong senseof urgency and the ability tomultitask
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times
  • Strong knowledge of OFCCP AAP and EEOC compliance as well as multi-state employment law is desirable

Compensation:

The below range is a good faith estimate pursuant to applicable equal pay and pay transparency laws. The actual salary offered will be based on several factors including the candidates experience qualifications and work location.

Base salary is a part of SGHs industry leading Total Compensation package. Our Total Compensation package includes base salary pay for extra hours worked an annual discretionary bonus program generous paid time off and health and wellness benefits with a special emphasis on substantial SGH contributions to medical insurance premiums and SGHs Profit Sharing & 401(k) Plan.
