What Youll Do:
As a Talent Operations Intern at Xometry youll gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR operations including employee records benefits administration and payroll. You will work closely with experienced HR professionals to gain valuable insights and contribute to the smooth functioning of our Talent Operations department.. Your responsibilities will include:
- Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records including personal information and employment history and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies
- Benefits Administration: Gain experience with the administration of employee benefits programs including health insurance retirement plans and time off policies
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Assist with the onboarding of new hires including paperwork orientation and IT setup and also manage the offboarding process including final paperwork processing
- General HR Support: Provide general administrative support to the Talent Operations team such as responding to employee inquiries data entry and assisting with various HR projects as needed
- Case Study: Work alongside fellow interns to analyze a real-world business challenge and present innovative solutions to senior leadership

- Strong Work Ethic: Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during the internship period (June 8 - August 14 2026)
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: A passion for problem-solving and a desire to drive results
- Legal Authorization: Ability to provide proof of legal right to work in the United States
- Location Requirement: Ability to commute to our North Bethesda MD office to work onsite for at least 3 days a week

The estimated base pay rate for new hires into this role is $20.00 per hour depending on factors such as job-related skills relevant experience and location. This is a temporary position.
