Fleet Remarketer

Job Description

Europcar Australia are seeking an experienced and dynamicFleet Remarketerto join our Fleet team on afull time basislocated in Brisbane Queensland.

Reporting to the Fleet Director this role focuses on the efficient and profitable disposal of risk fleet vehicles by leveraging strategic sales channels maximising financial outcomes and managing key stakeholder relationships.

Some of the key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage the full end-to-end de-fleet and remarketing process ensuring vehicles are processed and sold within performance KPIs.

• Drive best financial outcomes by securing optimal pricing minimising disposal costs and selecting appropriate sales channels.

• Lead dealer and channel discussions maintaining strong relationships to maximise commercial value and sale success.

• Oversee third-party service providers such as auction houses inspectors transporters and repairers ensuring service levels and cost efficiency.

• Monitor vehicle stock levels ensuring timely turnover aligned with fleet KPIs and business needs.

• Analyse vehicle portfolio mix and market conditions to implement strategies that optimise resale outcomes and manage risk.

• Track and interpret fleet pricing trends and market movements providing proactive feedback to influence vehicle purchasing pricing strategies and risk mitigation.

• Maintain all remarketing policies and processes including end-of-lease procedures fair wear and tear guidelines and system data accuracy.

To be considered you should possess:

• Previous experience in fleet / administration is highly desirable

• Background in car rental / travel and tourism industry

• Proficiency in using remarketing software and tools

• Experience working with Ataraxia & IPOS is advantageous

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel Word and PowerPoint)

• Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively

• Sound interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels

• Well organised and great attention to detail
