Job Summary

TheTeam Support Specialist IIplays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of clinical skilled care and personal assistance in a homecare setting. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities including administrative scheduling and operational support. Adherence to standard operating procedures and regulatory compliance is paramount to enhance both the patient and employee experience and promote a safe environment for patient care. The Team Support Specialist II serves as a frontline representative demonstrating exceptional customer service skills while handling phone inquiries. With a comprehensive understanding of operations spanning various departments they possess the expertise to effectively triage incoming calls resolve issues promptly and determine the most suitable course of action. They also exhibit the ability to identify situations that require escalation to management ensuring timely resolutions and maintaining optimal workflow addition to their support function the Team Support Specialist II collaborates with departmental leaders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. They exhibit strong organizational skills maintaining cost-effective daily operations and offering innovative solutions to improve staff productivity within the allocated budget. This role also includes the responsibility ofmaintaining office and patient supplies including placing orders for inventory replenishment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Post high school education or training - preferred
  • 1 year of home health experience
  • 3 years of medical scheduling experience.
  • EPIC and Matrix system experience is a plus.
  • Prior experience supporting or leading other staff is a plus.

Skills:

  • Excellent data entry skills. Experience with windows and software packages required i.e.
  • Excellent communication organization and customer service skills
  • Ability to work as member of a team solve problems and multi-task in a timely fashion.
  • Proficient with Zoom & Teams meetings
  • Ability to work as member of a team solve problems and multitask in a timely fashion
  • ability to enter data accurately and timely
  • Excellent customer service interpersonal and organizational skills including written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work as a member of a team solve problems and multi-task in a timely fashion. Ability to handle change.

Salary Range: Minimum 17.29/hour - Maximum 28.50/ will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
