Job Title: Student Administrative Assistant
Starting Wage: $13.50 per hour
Hours: Minimum 15 hours per week; maximum 25 hours per week. Shifts are available 9 am 5 pm Tuesday Friday.

Assist the Continuing Education Department with administrative support coordination and communication tasks to ensure the smooth operation of Professional Development Programs and departmental activities.
Provide general administrative support for department staff and programs.
Assist with data entry record keeping and report preparation.
Assist with calendar management by scheduling meetings and room reservations.
Support registration processes for workshops conferences and other events.
Make updates to department webpages.
Collect and distribute department mail and other communications.
Assist with the preparation and assembly of materials for workshops conferences and meetings.
Help with event setup check-in and on-site support during Continuing Education events.
Perform other tasks as assigned by position supervisor.
