  • As an Exempt Traveler there are no premiums/multipliers in place for this need (no OT Holiday Call/Call-back etc).
  • $5600/week ($1120/day140/hr equivalent)

Responsible for directing the operation of the hospital

This direction includes responsibility not only for the inpatient units but for all ancillary and support departments that operate during these hours.

  • Recognized as a role model for clinical expertise; documented ability to make prompt quality decisions in the clinical setting.
  • Demonstrates sufficient energy to participate in and support staff through change.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and evidence of fairness and consistency in application of policies and contractual requirements.
  • Ability to calmly manage a variety of intense activities or problems simultaneously.
  • History of dependability in maintaining a work schedule and demonstration of work ethic required to motivate others.
Non-billable orientation: 8hrs

Requirement description :
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of successful leadership experience strongly preferred
  • Experience in successful conflict resolution preferred
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of the daily operations of an acute care Medical Center including experience handling emergency/trauma and critical care situations.
  • Working knowledge of staffing systems preferred.
  • Bachelors Degree in Nursing required
  • Documented evidence of continuing education and continued professional growth and progress in health care and nursing.
  • Must be an RN
  • Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
  • Travelers perm address must be included in profile
  • Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer. Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer

  • Work History
  • Skills Checklist (pertinent to position) current to 1 year
  • 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
  • License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
  • ACLS (AHA)
  • BLS (AHA)

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
  • Massachusetts
