Qualifications :
- Graduate of a Degree in Hospitality Management or any related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years of cafe and lounge experience in a luxury hotel is an asset.
- Service-oriented high guest service skills strong leadership skills and ability to motivate colleagues to excellence.
- Strong working knowledge of restaurant operations Micros and MS Office applications.
