About the client:

Our client is a leading mobility solutions provider revolutionising urban transportation through innovative technology-driven solutions. Join a dynamic team shaping the future of smart mobility.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day finance operations including reconciliations payroll processing and bank transactions.
  • Prepare maintain and interpret MIS reports to support management decision-making.
  • Oversee collection management and ensure timely follow-ups with clients.
  • Support administrative functions including documentation record-keeping and general office operations.
  • Assist in finance-related reporting audits and compliance activities.
  • Coordinate with other departments to streamline operational and financial processes.
  • Take on additional administrative or operational tasks as required to support business needs.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelors degree or professional qualification in Accounting Finance
    Business Administration or a related field.
  • Part qualification in ACCA CIMA or CA Sri Lanka will be an added
    advantage.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in finance accounting or administrative operations.
  • Experience in logistics courier or e-commerce environments preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reconciliations and payroll processing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks).
  • Sound understanding of bank reconciliation and collection management.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy and excellent analytical numerical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours when required to meet deadlines.
