This role will be responsible for managing a full spectrum of HR functions with a specific focus on strategic HR initiatives performance management and employee engagement for a portfolio of smart projects/products. The ideal candidate will be a proactive results-oriented professional who can effectively partner with business leaders to drive HR strategy and foster a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Strategy & Planning:
- Lead the strategy and goal-setting processes for assigned business units.
- Manage HR events and activities including the execution of Performance Improvement Plans and Reduction in Force initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver regular HRBP reports analyzing key HR metrics and trends.
- Recruitment & Talent Management:
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and execute referral programs and other strategic recruitment initiatives.
- Partner with the site head and leadership to ensure alignment on talent acquisition strategies.
- Manage the recruitment.
- Employee Engagement:
- Develop and implement strategies to maintain and improve high employee engagement levels across the organization.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership on matters related to performance career development and conflict resolution.
