Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with strong Product Management expertise to lead cross-functional teams in delivering innovative and impactful digital products. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking technical understanding and hands-on execution skills to translate business goals into user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end product execution ensuring delivery excellence and accountability.
Own product outcomes and customer impact across the lifecycle - from ideation to release.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering UI/UX DevOps QA Scrum Masters etc.) to define plan and execute product roadmaps.
Manage requirements - from elicitation to prioritization - ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives.
Serve as the primary liaison between Product Management and Technical Execution teams.
Facilitate sprint planning demos and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
Monitor progress identify risks and proactively resolve issues to maintain delivery momentum.
Champion stakeholder communication and alignment to ensure shared understanding of the what and why behind each feature.
Evaluate product performance gather feedback and iterate for continuous value creation.

Must Have

14 years of total experience with 5 years as a Product Owner in Web/Mobile space.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban) and SDLC processes.
Expertise in requirement gathering prioritization and product roadmapping.
Familiarity with Agile tools like JIRA or similar.
Excellent communication analytical collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Strong business acumen and ability to balance technical and strategic priorities.
Experience in product management user research and market analysis.

Good to Have

Exposure to regulated industries (e.g. medical devices healthcare etc.).
Understanding of FDA QSR (820.30) ISO 13485 or IEC 62304 standards.
Proven experience with Lean and Agile practices (Build Measure Learn).
Global collaboration experience with culturally diverse teams.
Strong project management conflict resolution and organizational skills.

Education & Certifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
Product Owner certification (CSPO or equivalent) preferred.
