Job Summary

Job Description:

To work closely with the Presidents team and with respective business heads on operations data analysis market research needs and insights to achieve strategic objectives. Provides analysis and insights to support with the incubation of programs some of which may have organizational impact.

They must be adept at using MS tools (Excel PowerPoint PowerBI) for data analysis and reporting comfortable using AI for secondary research be creative and enjoy working within a small entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven results-driven and community oriented. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. They will have the ability to work independently on projects from conception to completion and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

Key responsibilities

Assist & coordinate the strategy planning exercise.

Coordinate with global business heads identify concerns and manage executive reporting

Planning organizing & supporting primary/secondary research by working closely with internal teams and/ or external partners beneficiaries Govt. channels etc.

Conduct secondary research and gather data that is relevant to entrepreneurial and livelihoods ecosystem.

Assist with business strategy through Collaborating with Business product & tech analytics Marketing and other function teams to proactively identify develop & drive strategies & initiatives.

Provide data-driven analysis and insights to facilitate executive decision support.

Assist program manager in incubation process of new initiatives and periodic reviews and assessment of programs.

Ability to conceptualize implement new processes create - update - follow up attention to detail working under stringent deadlines and aggregating and interpreting data.

Strong analytical skills with ability to read and analyse data and present in the desired format.

Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.

Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders including internal teams senior leadership and external partners.

Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability. Resourceful team-player with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.

Requirements

Proficiency in data analysis and secondary research.

Advanced competency in Microsoft applications including Word Excel and Outlook.

Strong competency in PBI (Power BI).

Understanding of various research methodologies and conduct quantitative analysis.
