Job Summary
- Diagnose and repair various appliances including refrigerators freezers washers dryers ranges cooktops ovens microwaves dishwashers and trash compactors.
- Provide exceptional customer service ensuring customer satisfaction with each repair.
- Promote our services and products to customers.
- Meet performance metrics and revenue goals.
- Continuously improve skills and expand knowledge of appliance repair techniques.
- Complete detailed service reports (PVRs) for every repair job.
- Participate in scheduled meetings and training sessions.
- Follow all company policies procedures and safety guidelines.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- CFC/EPA Certification or ability to obtain is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in appliance repair.
- Ability to use a tablet for invoicing technical research and parts ordering.
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as bending kneeling and climbing.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
