Were hiringfull-time W-2 Behavior Technicianto support K12 students in the school setting for the school year. Whether youve worked in schools pediatric care or another hands-on support role wed love to connect with you. Position Details

  • Caseload: Float between Schools (Must have ABA Experience)
  • Schedule: Monday Friday
  • Hours: 3040 hours/week
  • Dates: ASAP June 2026
  • Location: Onsite in Columbia SC schools

Responsibilities

  • Assist students with daily living activities mobility feeding and hygiene needs
  • Support students in the classroom and during school activities
  • Follow care plans and behavior support strategies as directed by staff or medical teams
  • Document services and share observations with the support team
  • Promote student safety independence and dignity
  • Collaborate with educators therapists and nurses to meet student needs

Qualifications

  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (or ability to obtain per contract/state requirements)
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree in behavioral studies or related field preferred
  • One to two (12) years of relevant experience preferred
  • Comply with all applicable professional ethical federal state and local requirements
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification if applicable
  • TB questionnaire PPD or chest X-ray if applicable
