Were hiringfull-time W-2 Behavior Technicianto support K12 students in the school setting for the school year. Position Details
- Caseload: Float between Schools (Must have ABA Experience)
- Schedule: Monday Friday
- Hours: 3040 hours/week
- Dates: ASAP June 2026
- Location: Onsite in Columbia SC schools
Responsibilities
- Assist students with daily living activities mobility feeding and hygiene needs
- Support students in the classroom and during school activities
- Follow care plans and behavior support strategies as directed by staff or medical teams
- Document services and share observations with the support team
- Promote student safety independence and dignity
- Collaborate with educators therapists and nurses to meet student needs
Qualifications
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (or ability to obtain per contract/state requirements)
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree in behavioral studies or related field preferred
- One to two (12) years of relevant experience preferred
- Comply with all applicable professional ethical federal state and local requirements
- Current CPR/First Aid certification if applicable
- TB questionnaire PPD or chest X-ray if applicable
