ResponsibilitiesRecruits trains and supervises staff delegating assignments supervisory duties and addressing areas of concern developing areas of improvement and providing constructive feedback.
Develops education component of program by ensuring appropriate planning implementation and evaluation of training recruitment curriculum development outreach workshops material development and special projects.
Coordinates recruitment training monitoring guidance and evaluation.
Oversees grant-related issues including budget reporting of statistics and meeting with funders.
Oversees administrative duties including employee schedules employee timesheets ordering of materials distribution of check requests and tracking expenditures.
Establishes and maintains linkages with community agencies as applicable.
Qualifications- Bachelors Degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may substitute for the degree when the experiences are closely related to the duties of the job
- None required but 1-2 years administrative experience preferred
