Job Summary

Project Overview
Client is seeking a Project Coordinator to support its Financial Transformation Program. This role works closely with Program and Project Managers to coordinate activities tied to an enterprise financial system implementation. The position is ideal for someone who brings strong structure accuracy and hands-on SmartSheets expertise along with exposure to financial ERP environments.

Key Responsibilities
Provide daily coordination and administrative support for the Financial Transformation Program.
Support the Program Manager with scheduling task tracking documentation and meeting logistics.
Assist with financial ERP implementation tasks including milestones deliverables and status tracking.
Maintain project documentation status updates issues and risk logs.
Coordinate communication across internal teams stakeholders and vendor partners.
Prepare decks dashboards and leadership updates.
Support project governance and ensure adherence to standards and processes.
Monitor project progress and escalate delays risks or blockers when needed.

Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Finance or related field (or equivalent experience).
2 4 years of experience in project coordination or project support.
Strong SmartSheets expertise as an SME (must have implementation experience not just user-level).
Experience or familiarity with financial ERP systems (Oracle SAP Workday etc.).
Strong organizational documentation and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Word.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay focused in a fast-moving environment.
High attention to detail and willingness to learn.
