Your role:
Were looking for a Customer Services Manager to join our Development and Change Team.
In this role youll lead the customer experience and drive service improvements across the organisation. You will oversee a range of initiatives - including customer service operations digital transformation projects and service development - ensuring our services are responsive efficient and customer-focused.
