Day rate: Estimated 500-800 Outside IR35
Project duration: 6 months (with possible extension) starting asap

The role is for a Project Manager required to lead the implementation phase of a high-profile outsourcing programme for a global insurance client operating to tight timelines. The role demands strong gravitas and proven experience managing senior and C-suite stakeholders across complex multi-location environments.

Tasks
- Lead the implementation phase of a high-profile outsourcing programme for a major insurance client delivering against tight timelines
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional internal teams and external partners across multiple global locations to ensure aligned delivery
- Own senior stakeholder engagement building credibility and trust with executive and C-suite leaders through clear communication and strong governance
- Navigate complex organisational and political environments proactively managing risks dependencies and sensitivities
- Provide confident programme leadership maintaining momentum decision-making clarity and delivery focus throughout the implementation lifecycle
Requirements
- An independent consultant
- Consulting background is preferred
- 8 years experience in project/programme management
- Track record of managing senior and C-suite stakeholders in global multi-location environments
- Outsourcing experience would be highly desirable
- Finance Transformation experience is ideal
- Insurance/FS (financial services) experience is also ideal
