Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and versatile individual to join our team as a Workplace Manager. The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in a variety of administrative and operational functions demonstrating the ability to effectively manage a dynamic work environment.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

Extensive Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of solid progressive experience is required in the following areas:

Workspace Management: Proven expertise in optimizing and maintaining office spaces to enhance productivity and employee well-being.
Expat Management: Experience in supporting international employees including relocation housing and integration.
Local logistics and Travel Management: Proficiency in coordinating local logistics and travel arrangements for employees.
Third-Party Coordination: Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and collaborate with external vendors for office setup services and supplies.

Office or Administrative Management: A broad understanding of general office administration including budget management policy implementation and team supervision.

Multitasking Prowess: The ability to seamlessly juggle multiple key functions and priorities adapting to changing demands without compromising quality or efficiency.
Exceptional Stakeholder Management: A strong aptitude for building and maintaining positive relationships with both internal customers (employees) and external partners. This includes a deep understanding of employee needs and a commitment to providing excellent service.
Meticulous Attention to Detail: A keen eye for precision and accuracy in all tasks ensuring that all aspects of workplace operations are executed flawlessly.
Agility and Adaptability: The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced agile work environment readily embracing change and implementing new processes effectively.
Proactive Initiative and Creative Thinking: A high degree of self-motivation taking ownership of projects and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement. The ability to think outside the box to develop innovative solutions and enhance the overall work atmosphere is highly valued.
Independent Work Ethic: The capability to work autonomously with minimal supervision demonstrating sound judgment and effective problem-solving skills.

On-Site Presence: The role requires a strong on-site presence with availability to work in the office 3-4 days per week to directly oversee operations and engage with the team
