Job Summary
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Experience:
12 years of professional experience in civil engineering and construction quality management
At least 5 years of dedicated QA/QC leadership experience in dam and hydropower infrastructure projects including tunnels spillways powerhouses and RCC structures
Strong background in managing quality systems aligned with ISO 9001 standards including quality planning inspections audits and non-conformance resolution
Proven experience in FIDIC contract-based projects with international contractors
Demonstrated capability in leading QA/QC teams conducting internal/external audits and interfacing with third-party laboratories and regulatory bodies
Skills/Knowledge:
Deep knowledge of QA processes concrete/masonry testing welding geotechnical QA
Use of digital QA tools checklists and documentation platforms
Strong command of technical standards (ASTM ACI EN BIS)
