Exciting opportunity to develop your career in this Senior Finance Analyst role within the Group Planning team. The Group Planning team liaises with all our businesses building strong and effective relationships with stakeholders whilst being able to tell the story behind the numbers with your exceptional communication skills.
Day-to-day you will be responsible for:
- Lead budgeting forecasting and monthly reporting processes with precision and insight
- Deliver commercial recommendations that influence senior leadership and drive results
- Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to support strategic decision-making
- Manage and mentor a talented Financial Analyst fostering growth and development
- Champion process improvements and system efficiencies across the finance function
This role is permanent full-time.
What sets you apart
You are confident working with advanced Excel and financial modelling and you have hands-on experience with FP&A tools and data visualisation platforms such as TM1 Power BI or Tableau.
Your strong understanding of accounting standards and financial principles allows you to produce accurate and reliable analysis.
You communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation and can influence decision-makers with clarity and insight. You bring a strong commercial mindset and think strategically about how finance supports broader business objectives.
Ideally you will have
- 5 years in FP&A or commercial finance roles
- Prior experience managing or mentoring team members is beneficial
- Regular exposure to senior stakeholders and cross-functional collaboration
- CPA CA or CFA qualification (or equivalent) is preferred
