Were looking for a curious proactive data-driven problem solver to join our Membership & CRM team. If you love turning complex data into actionable insights improving customer experiences and influencing business decisions in a high-energy retail environment this role is for you. As our Customer Data Analyst youll play a key part in understanding our members shaping personalised customer experiences and driving engagement through data. Youll analyse behaviour to identify commercial opportunities and optimise how we communicate with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse customer membership and transactional datasets to uncover insights that drive acquisition engagement retention and loyalty.
- Build and maintain reports dashboards and visualisations to communicate performance trends and customer behaviour patterns.
- Identify and develop audience segments for campaigns test-and-learn programs and personalisation initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to optimise our membership program promotional targeting and customer journeys across channels.
- Collaborate across the business to interpret data needs prioritise requests and ensure insights are delivered accurately and on time.
- Support the development of models or predictive analytics that enhance targeting and customer value.
- Monitor key customer metrics and proactively flag risks trends and opportunities.
- Contribute to data governance quality checks and processes that improve data reliability and accessibility.
- Administration of CDP and ESP platforms
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in customer data analysis
- Strong proficiency in data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) and analytical software (e.g. SQL Python R).
- Excellent understanding of customer segmentation and behaviour analysis.
- Familiarity with CRM or CDP systems.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Can balance data-driven insights with business pragmatism for actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly and simply to stakeholders. Needs to be able to identify and communicate the so what of the data.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
