This role supports the Division in providing financial and commercial services to assist the business unit in meeting financial targets. Key responsibilities include:
- Analyse organisational performance and operational processes across the division to identify efficiency gaps and improvement opportunities
- Provide strategic and financial advice and recommendations to optimise resource utilisation enhance profitability and support organisational objectives.
- Lead analysis to assist with transition to new systems
- Development of non-financial models to support commercial analysis pricing reviews client consultant and product/services margin reviews to optimise profitability
- Provide insights and modelling to support organisational planning
- Monitor and evaluate key financial and operational performance indicators preparing dashboards and reports to inform leadership decision-making.
Qualifications :
- Tertiary Qualifications in Economics Commerce or relevant field
- Demonstrated experience within similar capacity
- Excel Modelling skills
- Highly developed strategic and analytical skills creative thinking and problem solving to support the business to improve process efficiency.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills; including an exceptional capacity to manage relationships with tact and diplomacy.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Outstanding organisational skills; including the ability to work accurately with a high attention to detail.
