Role purpose:
The Reward Analyst will provide day-to-day operational support across compensation and benefits delivering accurate data analysis and administration. They will play a key role in modelling scenario analysis and the governance of UK benefits as well as supporting the potential future expansion of benefits administration into additional countries.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality reward data analysis modelling and reporting to support business decision-making.
- Manage day-to-day administration of UK benefits (pensions healthcare life assurance) ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Provide first-line resolution for reward-related queries escalating complex cases to the Reward Operations Manager.
- Support cyclical reward activities (TGBS Annual Compensation Review) and ad-hoc modelling requests.
- Collaborate with HR Payroll and Finance to ensure accurate processing of compensation and benefits.
- Partner with colleagues to build processes that can scale to include benefits administration for Netherlands UAE and Australia.
- Maintain accurate reward documentation processes and data integrity in Workday.
Skills & experience:
- Experience in reward/compensation & benefits administration within a corporate environment.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with advanced Excel capability.
- Knowledge of benefits administration and compliance requirements in the UK (additional countries desirable).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data responsibly.
