DescriptionKey Responsibilities
- As a member of the Customer Deal Desk organization you will prepare complex contractual documentsincluding Master Agreements Ordering Documents Amendments and Extensionsbased on input from Sales and in compliance with Oracle policies and processes.
- Manage the end-to-end contracting process collaborating with internal teams (Finance Legal Revenue Recognition Business Practices etc.) to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
- Coordinate and facilitate discussions among Sales and internal stakeholders clearly summarizing and explaining key contract terms and obligations to support smooth execution and a positive buying experience for our customers.
- Ensure the contracting process is completed efficiently consistently and in line with Oracles strategic goals.
- Gather analyze and communicate stakeholder requirements ensuring expectations are understood and met.
- Proactively identify issues recommend solutions and implement improvements to drive value.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree Paralegal Certification or equivalent relevant experience.
- Strong computer skills particularly in MS Office (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in French Czech and English required
- Commitment to delivering excellent internal client service.
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal queries via phone and email.
- Handle a range of administrative tasks and provide support to team members when needed.
- Build effective relationships with internal clients and teams.
- Support the sales team with key accounts and urgent requests.
- Engage in continuous personal and professional development setting and reviewing objectives and attending training as required.
- Display strong self-motivation a collaborative attitude and effective communication skills at all levels.
- Manage workload and priorities professionally demonstrating flexibility and a positive approach.
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
