Job Summary

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES


2	Research Reporting and Data Analysis Manage monthly and periodic financial reporting obligations to partners including (i) data extraction from SAP and other systems (ii) data validation in partnership with royalties department and appropriate product managers (iii) report creation (iv) ensuring internal review and (v) timely delivery of reports to appropriate partner contacts Ensure that all data is accurate by validating as appropriate Develop new reports as necessary to support new partners Research and analyze financial data for internal clients particularly for the SVP Corporate Development Plan and monitor timelines to meet strict deadlines as required
3	Maintain internal opportunity tracker Maintain opportunity tracker for all inbound M&A opportunities. Create and distribute weekly M&A opportunity updates Prepare presentation material as required Help to create a customer focused can do attitude; promoting a teamwork atmosphere.
4	Contract Negotiation Support Support SVP Corporate Development in negotiating partner agreements by delivering requested data analyses reviewing contracts evaluating prior agreements.
5	Training and Self Development. Continued development of computer skills utilizing in-house and on-line training materials. Develop general understanding of companys lines of business and reporting structure. Develop tools leveraging AI to automate or streamline the data extraction validation and reporting processes
6	Other duties as assigned.
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products Excel and Word. Excellent organizational quantitative and analytical skills. MBA designation preferred. Competencies: Ability to take leadership role in projects contribute effective solutions and identify efficiencies to improve the groups processes. Ability to be a team player and to work in a fast paced changing work environment. Works well under pressure and able to meet deadlines. Ability to work with business leaders across the enterprise. Ability to work independently to deliver on responsibilities. Strong interpersonal skills.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Required: BA or BS degree in Finance or other quantitative discipline minimum 5 years in a similar role or a position that included analytical and decision making functions prioritization and performance of multiple complex tasks in a business environment such as investment banking or consulting.

Preferred: MBA
