Job Summary

The Service Reliability Manager is a strategic role responsible for overseeing and coordinating the entire lifecycle of the organisations IT environments. Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee non-production IT environments ensuring stability and reliability.
  • Manage environment lifecycle including provisioning configuration and decommissioning.
  • Enforce environment governance policies for usage access control and data management.
  • Ensure environment readiness and alignment with release schedules.
  • Coordinate environment-related requests and mediate competing priorities.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to meet project requirements and support strategic objectives.
  • Act as gatekeeper for environment access and deployment approvals.
  • Collaborate with SRE and Incident Management to define and maintain SLOs SLAs and SLIs.
  • Drive automation of environment provisioning and configuration.

 


Qualifications :

Qualifications:

  • 3 years experience in environment management DevOps or infrastructure operations
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure) and container orchestration
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g. Bash PowerShell Python)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate across technical teams
  • Understanding of software development lifecycles and test data management
  • Leadership skills to motivate teams manage competing demands and make informed decisions
  • Strategic thinking to align environment strategy with business objectives
