Our client is a leading real estate institution that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Oversee and lead the Companys Marketing & Strategy Development team managing all functions under this department including sales marketing and strategic planning.
Strategy Development (Market Intelligence)
Perform market research as needed to support departmental activities and project phases across the Company.
Deliver market intelligence insights for upcoming developmental ventures.
Collaborate with brand consultants to formulate strategies that enhance brand recognition and credibility.
Recommend sales and marketing plans to meet sales objectives and align with the Companys goals.
Provide guidance training and mentorship to team members.
Assist in the implementation of Sales & Marketing strategies by securing necessary approvals generating reports designing sales programs and managing project budgets and forecasts.
Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of strategies.
Identify target market segments through thorough research to design effective advertising and promotional campaigns.
Play an active role in organizing and managing sales launch events.
Ensure compliance with the Companys Environmental Management System (ISO 14001) and its Environment Health and Safety policies.
Marketing
Develop comprehensive brand strategies and oversee marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to effectively reach target audiences meet their needs and strengthen brand awareness and reputation.
Lead vendor engagement and maintain communication with external partners such as consultants media and event agencies production teams and suppliers as well as cross-functional colleagues.
Coordinate events including project launches grand openings photo and video productions and collaborative marketing initiatives.
Manage the setup and upkeep of Sales Galleries Show Units Mock-up Units Sales Offices and related facilities to ensure operational excellence and an innovative customer experience.
Lead interactions with service vendors including security cleaning pest control scenting landscaping and partner departments to maintain high standards.
Willingness to travel as required.
8 to 10 years of relevant experience including:
Proven background in sales and marketing.
Managerial experience with reputable real estate developers or international property consulting firms.
Exceptional communication skills in both written and spoken English.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Experience working with large-scale developers or prominent agencies is preferred.
Excellent public relations and presentation skills.
Goal-oriented collaborative team player capable of motivating and developing team members.
Demonstrates a professional attitude strong integrity proactive initiative and excellent interpersonal skills under demanding conditions.
