This is a remote position.
Were seeking a proactive conscientious Executive Assistant with a strong sales orientation to support the Founder in managing daily operations codifying business procedures and driving follow-up communications. This has the potential to go long-term with the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Organize and manage daily tasks meetings and communications
Support sales-related activities including lead follow-ups and CRM updates
Help codify and document operating procedures
Handle basic social media tasks (posting engagement scheduling)
Maintain accountability systems and follow through on assigned tasks
Flag tasks that require additional expertise and recommend solutions
Communicate clearly and honestly about progress and challenges
Requirements
Highly conscientious and self-motivated
Strong initiative and willingness to learn
Comfortable with evolving responsibilities and flexible workflows
Honest and transparent especially about task completion and limitations
Experience in executive support and sales-related tasks preferred
Familiarity with virtual tools (e.g. Google Workspace CRM platforms project management tools)
Experience with Go High Level is a plus
Excellent in Communication and Accountability
Integrity in only billing the productive hours
Open and Receptive to Feedback
Required Skills:
