Sales team of 67: 2 focused on RMM 2 on Backup 2 on Security
SDR team currently 3 expanding to 8
8 Partner Success Managers
AEs handle opportunity ownership (not account management) collaborating closely with PSMs
Must Haves
Proven experience in 2-3 years experience Customer Success Account Management or SaaS Relationship Management roles.
A commercial mindset confident leading renewal upsell and retention conversations.
Demonstrated success in driving product adoption customer satisfaction and retention metrics (GRR/NRR).
Skilled at running business reviews (QBRs/EBRs) and aligning customer goals with measurable outcomes.
Excellent problem-solving and ownership mindset you take accountability and turn challenges into wins.

Experience working in a B2B SaaS company or with MSPs IT services or software vendors.
Knowledge of N-able solutions or similar platforms in IT management monitoring or automation.

A proactive growth-oriented attitude with a genuine desire to help customers succeed.
