Qualifications/Experience:
At least four years experience in School Food Service or other equivalent Food Service experience.
Must obtain a Minnesota Department of Health Food Manager Certificate within 3 months of hire.
Must obtain a Level IV Certificate with the School Nutrition Association within 1 year of hire.
Culinary degree or other technical or college course work related to Food Service.
Successful background check required.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Needed:
Knowledge of food service production inventory management employee supervision positive interpersonal communication and relationship
building skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and create and promote a warm welcoming positive team environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Google applications and basic math skills.
Exemplifies the following Five Character Traits: compassion respect responsibility self discipline and honesty.
