Job Summary

We currently have an open position for an Accounts Receivable Specialist with strong CDK dealership accounting experience. We are looking for a highly motivated career driven individual to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for processing customer payments managing accounts receivable balancing cash drawers and ensuring accurate posting in CDK.
This position has the compensation of $22 - $24 hourly with the opportunity of a 3-month review.
Responsibilities
- Process customer payments (cash credit and checks) accurately and efficiently
- Post transactions inCDKand ensure all receivables are up to date
- Reconcile daily cash credit card and check deposits
- Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable and outstanding balances
- Work with the accounting team to track and resolve discrepancies
- Provide receipts balance registers and prepare daily reports
- Support the dealership team with additional accounting tasks as needed
- Verify disperse and reconcile petty cash
Qualifications
- CDK experience is required(must have)
- 1 years of experience in accounts receivableor dealership cashiering
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook) is a plus
