We are hiring motivated individuals for a worlds leading outsourcing company providing services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. Since its establishment they have consistently and successfully fulfilled their mission of creating inclusive and differentiated teams of experts providing help for customers across many other professional domains.

We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a worlds leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets Portugal included. You will be singing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer.

Main responsibilities:

Attract candidates by using databases social media among others.
Conduct interviews to assess the applicants relevant knowledge skills experience and aptitudes.
Establish a relationship with different departments and Managers to validate the information.
Prepare and onboard the new employees to become fully integrated into the company.
Build a good relationship with candidates during the selection process by becoming a trusted recruiter.
Create update and maintain analytical reports and databases.

Requirements:

Have a high level of German (C1) and fluent in English (B2)
Have proven work experience in recruitment
Strong organization communication and presentation skills
Be familiar with recruitment process methods (hiring profile assessments interviews and ongoing follow-up) and with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
