Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone email and chat.
  • Assist customers with product-related questions order issues and technical support.
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex matters to the relevant teams.
  • Deliver clear and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.

What We Are Looking For

  • Fluency in German (C2 level) with strong English communication skills (B2 level or higher).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts including night shifts and weekends.
  • No experience necessary entry-level candidates are welcome.
  • Must be available to work on-site in Lisbon.
