For this position the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

5 years of professional experience in change and release management;
Several years of professional experience with ITIL methodologies;
Strong grasp on ITSM tools - Jira Snow - particularly in their configuration and usage;
Strong understanding of project life cycle;
Holder of ITIL certification is a plus;
Customer-oriented mindset and client relationship skills;
Negotiation and argumentation skills;
Technical knowledge;
Experience and interest in the finance sector;
Mandatory fluency in English (at least B2 Level) and fluency in French is a plus;
Availability to work in a hybrid regime 2x/week in Lisbon or Porto.
