Job Description:
The Freelance PractiTest - Talent Skilling Trainer will deliver advanced remote training on PractiTest and related test management processes. This expert-level position is responsible for designing delivering and assessing comprehensive training programs for upskilling QA teams focusing on both platform proficiency and broader testing best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Design update and conduct remote training modules on PractiTest usage test management requirements traceability test execution defect tracking and reporting.
Customize training content for various experience levels roles and organizational needs in the context of remote delivery.
Demonstrate advanced features of PractiTest and guide participants in workflow automation integrations (e.g. Jira) and utilizing dashboards for reporting.
Facilitate virtual sessions Q&A and one-on-one coaching for effective remote learning.
Develop practical assignments quizzes and progress tracking systems to objectively measure skill acquisition and final training outcomes.
Provide ongoing support and feedback to trainees to maximize learning and address specific queries.
Document all training content adapt resources as PractiTest evolves and update materials to reflect the latest best practices and feature enhancements.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 10 years of experience in software testing QA or test management with deep hands-on expertise in PractiTest.
Extensive experience developing and delivering training for QA or software testing professionals preferably in remote/hybrid settings.
Strong knowledge of test management strategies test case and requirement documentation traceability and defect lifecycle.
Proficiency in remote learning platforms and digital training tools.
Outstanding communication presentation and interpersonal skills with proven ability to engage diverse teams in a remote environment.
Experience with integrating PractiTest with other platforms (e.g. Jira automation tools) is a strong plus.
Analytical and organizational skills to assess training needs develop plans and track results
