A. Primary Functions
- Serve as the first point of contact for inbound customer calls
- Pre-qualify leads using a proven script to ensure fit
- Schedule and confirm estimates via Leap (CRM) and Google Calendar
- Track lead sources and report marketing ROI
- Support marketing coordination including social media and basic ad tracking
- Maintain organized digital files and client documentation
B. Systems Ownership
Youll fully own and be expected to master:
- Google Suite (Drive Calendar Sheets Docs)
- Leap (CRM)
- CompanyCam (photo documentation)
C. Measurable Deliverables
- Lead response time: 1 business day
- Scheduling accuracy: 99%
- Weekly lead source tracking and ROI reporting
- 100% of estimates confirmed and followed up
D. Support Task Delegation
- Calendar and communication support for estimators
- CRM updates and file management
- Social post scheduling and marketing data tracking
