The AI Data Science Analyst within the HR AI Enablement & Strategy team will support the building design testing and deployment of AI-driven solutions across HR functions with a focus on automation and intelligent agents. This role will help translate HR data into actionable insights assist in training and evaluating AI agents and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and ethical AI use.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Support building design testing and deployment of AI-agent driven HR solutions
Focus on automation and intelligent agents
Translate HR data into insights and assist in AI agent training/evaluation

Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelors degree or higher in Data Science Computer Science Statistics Mathematics Information Systems or a related field
Strong Python or R skills experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau)

Foundational understanding of data science concepts like machine learning and natural language processing
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. Azure AWS Google Cloud) for AI/ML deployment
Curiosity adaptability and a desire to grow into AI product development are key
Project management capabilities

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Advanced degrees (Masters or PhD) in relevant disciplines are a plus
Microsoft certifications in AI data analytics or cloud platforms (e.g. Azure AI Engineer Associate Power BI Data Analyst Associate) or equivalent certifications.

Travel: 0-10%
