Location: NYC NY (onsite)

Job Description:

Responsibility

Provide technical leadership to both U.S. and offshore engineering teams ensuring effective communication coordination and execution. Act as the technical liaison between U.S. leadership Product Owners offshore delivery teams and key business stakeholders.
Serve as the primary technical leader for AI initiatives owning architecture decisions solution design and technical delivery.
Lead development of AI agents tool orchestration workflows and LLM-powered automation systems.
Ensure AI features are seamlessly embedded into the Wealth Books platform and related content workflows.

Skills

10 years in software engineering with at least 4 years in AI/ML and LLM-based development.
Proven experience as a Tech Lead
Hands-on expertise with MCP server frameworks AI agent-building and modern UX practices.
Experience integrating applications with AI platforms and APIs (e.g. OpenAI internal AI gateways)
Strong proficiency in Python AI frameworks ( LangChain)
Deep understanding of vector databases RAG pipelines embeddings and prompt engineering.

Job Title: AI Tech Lead

Location: Alpharetta GA (onsite)

Duration: Fulltime
Responsibility

Provide technical leadership and architectural oversight across AI-led HDLC and SDLC tooling initiatives.
Lead design and implementation of Python-based enterprise applications including integration with existing SDLC tools (Jira CI/CD pipelines repositories).
Own solution architecture for brownfield and selective greenfield initiatives ensuring scalability security and alignment with Morgan Stanley standards.
Guide and review AI and GenAI integrations including usage of approved AI gateways OpenAI APIs and real-time APIs (no LLM training or fine-tuning).

Skills

10 years of overall software engineering experience.
3 5 years in a Technical Lead.
Strong expertise in Python for enterprise application development.
Experience building RESTful and real-time APIs.
Familiarity with microservices and service-oriented architectures.
Working experience with Angular (or similar modern UI frameworks).
Experience integrating applications with AI platforms and APIs (e.g. OpenAI internal AI gateways).
Understanding of RAG concepts embeddings and AI-assisted development tools.
