The ideal candidate for this role has a passion for holistic and functional medicine with a focus in clinical procedures including hormone replacement therapy as well as a knowledge/background with IV infusions.

Duties:
- Patient exam/evaluations- focused exams (HPI medical history review pertinent medical records/imaging)
- Order and review appropriate tests- Evaluate clinical data
- Diagnosis and Treatment plan formulation
- Perform treatments to include Joint injection/trigger point injections (hips knees shoulders) IV Therapy and Hormone Therapy (will provide training)
- Patient education on diagnosis treatment plan options and expectations patient goals and post care treatments
- Prescribing and following up with medications and peptides
- Documentation- accurate and timely
- General oversight of the nursing staff
- Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive care
- Graduation from an Accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant license in IN
- Experience in regen med joint injections hormone therapies and IV therapies
- Strong background or interest in Holistic and Functional Medicine (Preferred)
- Part time (2 days per week)
- $725-$850/day (DOE) plus potential bonus compensation
