Were looking for a People and Culture Business Partner to join our close-knit team of three. This is a truly generalist role where no two days are the same perfect for an experienced Advisor ready to take the next step into a broader partnering position.
What youll doPartner with leaders to deliver practical people-first solutions that drive confidence capability and engagement.
Lead full-cycle recruitment campaigns that attract purpose-driven talent using the WHO Method.
Support performance engagement and wellbeing initiatives that bring our values to life.
Play a key role in our Employment Hero implementation driving smarter systems and better employee experiences.
Contribute to strategic projects in Learning & Development workforce planning and retention.
5 years experience in HR generalist advisory or partnering roles.
Knowledge of Australian HR and WHS legislation.
Employment Hero experience (or similar HRIS).
A balance of compassion curiosity and commercial thinking.
