Position Summary
The Director of Sales will lead Cherry Aerospaces commercial strategy driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence across global aerospace OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. This is anon-site positionbased in Santa Ana CA and requiressignificant collaboration with Operations Engineering Supply Chain and Financeto ensure alignment between customer needs and business capabilities. The ideal candidate is a technically adept leader withexcellent analytical and management skills deep industry experience and a passion for delivering engineered solutions in a performance-critical sector.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10 years of progressive sales experience including 5 years in aerospace or industrial manufacturing.
- Proven success in managing complex sales cycles and high-value accounts.
- Strong technical acumen and understanding of aerospace fastening systems.
- Excellent analytical and management skills with the ability to interpret data lead teams and make strategic decisions.
- Outstanding communication negotiation and leadership abilities.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
