A leading customer experience and insights company is seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive new revenue within the grocery and retail vertical. This role is ideal for a high-performing B2B sales professional who enjoys owning the full sales cycle leveraging an established network and consistently exceeding targets.
About the Role
The Account Executive will focus on new logo acquisition prospecting and closing self-generated leads within grocery chains and superstores across North America. Youll sell value-driven solutions that help brands improve customer experience operational excellence and business outcomes.
This is a fully remote role with occasional travel to support prospecting meetings and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities
Hunt & Drive Growth: Prospect cold call network and leverage existing relationships to identify decision-makers and close new business.
Own the Sales Cycle: Manage opportunities end-to-end from lead generation through contract negotiation and close.
Win New Logos: Present compelling value-based solutions and consistently exceed sales targets.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with operations account management and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client success.
Expand Accounts: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customers to drive continued revenue growth.

35 years of successful B2B sales experience preferably selling services or solutions to grocery stores superstores or retail organizations in North America.
Proven ability to hunt for your own leads and manage the full sales lifecycle.
An existing network of decision-makers within grocery or large retail environments.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals.
Willingness to travel up to 20% across North America.
